Have you ordered via Bol.com? Bjørnson products ordered via Bol.com are returned via your Bol.com account. You can read how this works here.

The conditions below apply to private customers who have ordered via bjornson.nl. Different conditions. apply to Bjørnson dealers.

Return an item?

This can be done within 30 days of receipt. It goes like this:

• Fill out the return form

• You will receive a return label and instructions via e-mail within 24 hours.

Note: Without this information it is not clear to us from whom the package comes and we can not handle your return.

If the item is received in good condition by us then we will pay back the purchase price of the article minus the return costs within 14 days.

Can I exchange an item?

For the returned items, the purchase amount is paid back to the account number as indicated by you on the return form. We do not exchange. If you want to receive another item, you place a new order and pay shipping costs. An order of the same item in a different size or color also counts as a new order.

Unpack, try and use

You may try, use and fit your order as you would in a physical store. If you return the product to us, we ask you to carefully handle the packaging and return the product in the original condition. If the product comes back damaged or defective, costs can be charged for this. When the product can no longer be sold, we will return the product to you.

I have 30 days right of withdrawal, what does that mean?

You have until 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the time to return the items you have purchased without obligation.

You pay the shipping costs for the return yourself. We advise you to use our return system for this (after registering your return via our return form as you will pay:
